Electronic Funds Transfer Form

• Go online to our customer portal and sign up to authorize Quail Valley U.D. to initiate automatic monthly electronic debit entries from your credit/debit card or from your checking/savings account for payment of you monthly water bill. If you use a credit/debit card payment, a 3.5% processing fee will be charged and for a check payment a $1.00 processing fee will be charged.
